The slight displacement that might still lead to the procurement of UV lamps worth more than PHP 30 million... Bravo!!!Are the officials of Comelec (Commission on Elections) playing dumb (and dumber) or are they really dim-witted?
And where can you find a folder that costs PHP300+ ($6+)? Hmmm, do I have to look very far?
