I hate to say goodbye but I'll say it anyway, "Goodbye SmartBro"… and

Thank you for all the pains that you've caused me during our one year and few months of being together.

Thank you for all the heartaches that your technical support team (*1888) had given me: 30 minutes to an hour of call waiting. PSR/CSR didn’t know how to troubleshoot.

Thank you for the intermittent connection and the slow speed.

Thank you for not answering or taking appropriate action to my complaint letter.

And most of all, thank you for deceiving the entire community.

I must say that I've learned a lot from you. I have been more patient and understanding now. But I curse the day you were developed.

Now that we parted our ways, I hope that someday, somehow you will realize that "fame isn’t everything."

    @glor!e... yup, i did switch to dsl. please don't hesitate to have it disconnected. sucker sometimes? maybe all the time, haha.

  6. I'm a smart bro user! And I'm planning to disconnect it this december after my contract to them! Their speed is really slow... I would like to ask if how DSL is okay? can u specify which DSL is good? How about the DSL My EXPERIENCE? Have you heard about it?

  7. @girl blogger...PLDT myDSL is doing okay, for me. It's a lot better than Smartbro-ken because it's faster....way faster. I think Xperience is okay too. Why won't you try Globe Broadband?

Oh my gosh, i thought i was the only one having problems with smartbro, it's good to know i'm not the only one and that i'm not just a mean person for thinking they suck because they actually do! lol! i also plan to have mine disconnected as soon as i've found a new internet provider, any specific suggestions?

  9. @anne fallarme...they are full of $%^&. They even got the canopy. It turned out, it was just a "rent." Just try PLDT or Globe. :)
