Swimming At Robinson's Highlands Country Club

And off we went to Robinson's Highlands Country Club, Davao City-- a five-minute drive from our house. The place was ritzy, though it needs improvement. It has a function hall for wedding reception or any social events. Downstairs, you can find their 6-feet deep swimming pool and courts for basketball and lawn tennis.

It was still a quiet place when we arrived, with only three employees present. But as we enjoyed swimming, we heard the arrival of some guests, who will be using the function hall. But we were still alone, enjoying the satisfying water temperature of the pool. However, we needed to cease our enjoyment because of the sun's painful heat and our skin color became darker—darker than tan.

Anyway, Robinson's Highlands is an exclusive subdivision for the affluent families. Inside that for-rich-only village, we saw the supposed white, glass house of the Pambansang Kamao, Manny Pacquiao, near the country club. We didn't see Manny (he's still in Baguio for training) or Aling Dionesia outside that very expensive abode.

By the way, the swimming pool fee for adults is PHP 60, while a child below 12 years old should pay PHP 40. The fee is slightly lower when you are a homeowner of Robinson's Highlands. Robinson's Country Club is still new, so the place is still clean. And we plan to go back probably in October.
