That was the first time I used eBay to purchase online. Unfortunately, I had to face Speed Bump Error when I was about to pay. The said error says: Sorry, you've hit a speed bump! To continue checkout, please try again. But nothing happened when I tried it twice.
So, I googled the error and this is what I found:

I have encountered this Speed Bump thing today in paying via Paypal. Guess what! Ive searched solutions from other countries and I tried this one which worked! It's not a problem with the seller but with Paypal in our country. Then I was able to pay my seller even if i contacted him.
1. Go to http://www.ebay.com (US)
2. Sign in as usual
3. Go to My Won
4. Use checkout and pay as usual(you will need to log in at Paypal)
4. After ebay.com says Thank you for your payment, click view your order details. Payment will be confirmed and an email will be sent to you at your email address.
5. Forward this email message to the seller (just in case he does not receive it, but I'm sure he will coz Paypal will mail him too.)
6. Problem resolved!
I hope this helps. It helped me!
Yes, it did help me. I was able to pay for the item. After a day, I received a confirmation that the seller has received my payment. It took another day before I got a reply from the seller.
Last Monday, Yahoo! greeted me with news about the death of Brittany Murphy. It came as a surprise considering that I just had a rerun of Clueless the night before. Her laughter in that movie still lingers in my memory.
May you rest in peace Brittany Murphy.

This is a Sponsored Post written by me on behalf of Bidazzled. All opinions are 100% mine.
Most of the time, online auctions will have a winner and a loser. The winner will get the item while the loser will go home without the desired item. This is the typical type of online auction. However, if you want to find a different kind of online auction, then Bidazzled Entertainment Auctions is just the right place for you and me.
In Bidazzled Entertainment Auctions, you will save 80% off the retail price, if you will be declared as the winner. The company will offer you to purchase the item back for cash, cash and bids or bids.
But if you do not win, you can still obtain up to 50 bonus bids. This is the management's way of saying thank you for participating. As mentioned earlier, nobody loses in this type of auction.
Last month, Bidazzled Entertainment Acutions just had two winners for Nintendo Wii's using only their 5 free bids.
Apart from offering savings to their members, Bidazzled is also funding a lung cancer charity, specifically the Ruch Foundation (www.ruchfoundation.com). In other words, you are not only aiming for your desired item but you are also helping those individuals who have lung cancer. Now, that's the kind of auction you need these holidays.
So, if you want to bid and help lung cancer patients, you may use this code—BBP1202A—to get additional 15 bids (apart from the 5 free bids you earn) during registration.
I am planning to buy a portable computer after Apple exhibited tantrum a week ago that resulted in work delay. Because of my limited budget, I have to look for a cheap but reliable portable computer. My friend suggested going for a netbook since my main purpose is to have a backup machine in case something will happen to Apple.
However, netbooks are like Internet domains--the one I like is not available. For instance, I like the Asus Eee PC 1101HA but this model is not available here in Davao City. Then, I'm wishing for Lenovo S10-2 2Gb memory, but no computer shop has this type of spec.
Since the price of a faster netbook is somewhat closed to the price of a cheaper notebook, another friend suggested to go for a notebook instead of a 10-inch portable computer. As you can see, the Asus Eee Pc 1005HA with 2Gb memory and pre-installed Windows 7 starter costs PHP 24k+ (around $510). With that amount, I can already purchase an Intel Dual Core Compaq Presario or Emachines (product of Acer).
But then again, the specs of those notebooks are not to my liking.
Now, my friends with technical expertise advise me to just stretch my budget so I can purchase the kind of portable computer that I want.
If I would heed their advice, I might as well buy an Intel Pentium Dual Core HP Compaq notebook in a 12.1-inch display. It has a 3GB memory and a 320 GB hard disk at a price of PHP 32k+ (around $700) available at Silicon Valley and Digital Interface, NCCC Mall.
Or I'll just wait until my sister can buy a system unit so I could use my father's laptop, which is currently in her possession.
Truly, it is difficult to acquire expensive thing when you have limited resources. Sigh.
