One of the scenic highlights I want to visit in New Zealand is the breathtaking view of Milford Sound located in Fiordland.
I just want to listen to the thundering sound of its waterfalls.
I am itching to touch the smooth skin of Milford Sound's native dolphins.
And most of all, I crave for the adrenaline rush when I go sea kayaking to explore the wildlife of Milford Sound in New Zealand.
Ah, New Zealand, I'll be lost in your embrace.

I wish I could go back to the time when axillary hair or armpit hair in women was an acceptable sight. It was the time when women did not bother plucking, waxing, and using other ways to remove unwanted hair that continuously grow in the underarm.
Hair removal through plucking is never a soothing process of eliminating unwanted underarm hair. Waxing, on the other hand, is less harrowing than plucking. Nonetheless, both processes are unkind to my skin and they always bring tears to my eyes.
Whoever started that unwanted hair removing practice should be cursed.

As my desire to travel to New Zealand heightened, I started searching for the cheapest airfare from the Philippines to New Zealand. Unfortunately, there are no flights that would take me directly to New Zealand. Travel agents suggested taking Manila-Hong-Kong-New-Zealand route.
The Air New Zealand's HK$6,690 is the cheapest airfare I found so far. That offer has a travel period from March 1 to May 10, 2010.

After an estimated 10-hour flight from Hong Kong to New Zealand, I would definitely liven up my body soaking in the salted water of Piha—most famous surf beach in New Zealand.
Then, I would go catch some fish in the picturesque wilderness of Muriwai Beach. And party all night in one of the bars in Viaduct Harbour.
Ah, New Zealand… I wish you were just a few meters away from me.

Gibo For President: Why Not?
Because of a significant number of positive reviews about Fringe TV series, curiosity struck me so I downloaded the first episode of its first season. The first scene found me breathless. However, the excitement slowly dwindled when I saw Agent Scott (Mark Valley) and Agent Dunham (Anna Torv, the Cate Blanchett, Maria Sharapova, and Claire Danes wrapped into one) in the second scene. Mark Valley is just too old for my taste.
I almost stopped from watching the rest of the episode until I saw Peter Bishop played by Joshua Jackson. He is the same adorable guy in The Mighty Ducks and Dawson's Creek.

The excitement twisted back during the first meeting of Olivia and Peter. Their chemistry exuded instantly and was felt by me, especially when Joshua's penetrating blue eyes gazed at Anna's beautiful green eyes.
I am still on season 1. But based on Fringe's reviews I gathered, these two do not seem to have a real romantic scene, like those amorous episodes involving Scott and Dunham. But then again, I just hope the writers of Fringe would heed to the cravings of their fans for more exciting, not to mention passionate scenes between Olivia Dunham and Peter Bishop. That would really make my day.

Apart from its stupendous sceneries, New Zealand is not at all crowded, unlike the Philippines. With only 4 million people living in this place which is comparable to the size of Great Britain, it is a perfect sanctuary for me to relax.
People, who have been in and out of New Zealand, dubbed the place as an ideal year-round holiday destination.
New Zealand’s climate is quite tolerable with average maximum temperature that falls between 20-30 degrees Celsius in summer and between 10-15 degrees Celsius in winter. Like in the Philippines, the weather can change anytime.
To help me get to New Zealand, I need to find a travel agent first.

Because I am a sucker for a good romance, I was wishing I could get my hands on the novel, Dear John by Nicholas Sparks, before its film adaptation will be shown in the movie theaters.
Owing to Nicholas Sparks’ Dear John’s light, easy reading, National Book Store labeled it as one of its bestsellers, ergo, it easily became unavailable because of high-demand. To prove it, Dear John is inaccessible in all branches of National Book Store here in Davao City.
Although the plot is surely predictable and its love story may not be realistic, I still want to seek refuge and escape with Nicholas Sparks’ Dear John.

Apart from the rice terraces in which Banaue is known for, I am also looking forward to see other tourist attractions seated in this province of Ifugao. Like the cascading water of Tappiyah Waterfalls.

Or have my warm bath at Ducligan Hot Spring. A 30-minute drive and a 20-minute walk are the things I should do to reach the hot spring.
Better yet visit Museum of Cordillera Sculpture to further my lore about the history and culture of the Ifugaons.

Gilbert Cojuangco Teodoro, Jr. or better known as Gibo is the almost perfect replacement for the soon-to-be vacant Presidential seat.
Smart:
> A Bachelor of Science in Commerce Major in Financial Institutions graduate.
Intellectually stimulating:
> Topped the Philippine Bar exams
Shrewd:
> Been awarded the Dean's Medal for Academic Excellence in 1989
Quick-witted:
> Completed Master's Degree at Harvard Law School in Massachusetts.
Adroit:
> Licensed commercial pilot.
Genial:
> Involved in disaster management.
Plus, he uses the color green as his "brand" or "color signature."
In addition, Gibo is, I guess, the only presidential candidate who knows how to give concrete solution for the present problems in the Philippines. The recently ended FOCAP presidential forum in February 2010 proved my point when he said, "The Comelec must have an “honest to goodness” appraisal of the modern voting system, of what it could and could not do, based on the equipment delivered, systems installed and people trained on the ground." (Source: philstar.com)
Gibo's answer provided a more vivid picture than Aquino's retort: "Failure of the machines would not mean failure of elections, but the Commission on Elections (Comelec) must assure the public that it is on track on poll automation." (Source: philstar.com)
But Gibo's apparent tight political relationship with the present administration can be a drawback if he wins.
